  1. Can you send me samples?
    Yes,  we can send up to 5 cut samples to you anywhere in Australia for only $25 ($5/per unit).  The cost of your purchased sample will be applied as a credit to your subsequent paving order. You can select & order required samples on line.

  2. Is there any size variation in natural stone products?
    The stone we sell is the most dimensionally accurate product that can be sourced. However, sizes are nominal and slight variations of +/-2 mm can occur.

  3. Can you supply custom made products?

    Yes, we can supply custom made products. We have an extensive range of standard sizes and finishes available for immediate delivery, however tailored products can be supplied with a typical lead time of 4 to 6 weeks; an industry benchmark.

  4. Does stone vary in colour?

    Slight variance in colour and texture can occur from piece to piece, which adds to the natural inherent beauty and individuality of the product. To some degree, you can expect some varying colouration in all products such as bluestone pavers, granite pavers and more.

  5. Do natural stone products break or chip in transit?

    Our stone is packaged extremely well so it arrives on site in good condition. However, some rubbing of the products face and minor chips along the edges may occur during transit. This is accepted as normal within the landscape industry, any units considered to be badly chipped are generally used as cuts. Industry accepted practice is to order 5% extra to allow for cuts and wastage.

  6. How long do I have to wait once product is ordered?

    If product is in stock, lead time is 2-5 working days Melbourne metro area, all other parts of Australia 7-14 working days. If product is out of stock or custom order, lead time can be approximately up to 4-6 weeks.

  8. What forms of payment do you accept?

    We make it easy to order online by accepting various forms of payment:

    Credit Cards – Visa or Mastercard (A surcharge  of 1.5% will apply ) & American Express (A surcharge of 3% will apply)
    Phone Payment – If you prefer not to enter your credit card details online, we are happy to process your credit card over the phone.  Simply complete checkout and select this option
    Direct Deposit -You can perform a bank transfer via your online banking institution or over the counter at your local branch.  Simply complete checkout and select this option

    Note: that product delivery/custom manufacturing will not occur until full payment has been received.

    Stone Hub is Australian capital company and all prices on this web site are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

    Yes, you can organize your own delivery or pickup from our warehouse or selection center.

  14. Are chipped or cracked glass mosaic tiles considered defects?

    Note that slight chipping in glass tiles is inherent of the product and not considered a defect.  These chips normally get filled with grout and are barely noticeable once laid.  Also some glass mosaics exhibit hairline cracking on the surface of the tile.  It is not considered a defect provided the crack does not go through the body of the tile.
